Fog rolled across the stage as the elder statesman of the band, 17 year old Jordan suddenly appeared behind his drum kit, and began the rockin’ beat of "Time." Moments later, Matt, 16 years young, leapt from the darkness, bringing to life his Korg keyboard with a sense of awe and wonder. As the fog rose gently upwards, Thomas, already an accomplished musician at 17, deftly entered, perched high atop his riser seemingly in the clouds, with the thunderous sound of his bass commanding the stage. Mysteriously, 17 year old Gary dramatically emerged on his platform, and nailed the lead guitar solo, as "Time" rolled on. Just as it felt like the heavens would open, the click of the drum sticks began…"One…Two…Three…Four…"
With that, and the power of a young man twice his age, 17 year old, lead singer Beau emerged from the back of the room, and raced through the packed theatre, nailing his guitar rift, and deftly jumping the stairs, to join his band mates, center stage! The dramatic opening soon became part of an incredible memory as The Lost Boys rocked the house with a magical journey of original radio friendly songs captivating a sold out audience in the legendary Konocti Harbor Theatre, whipped into a frenzy by two encores and culminating with the Rock Anthem, "Hold On!"
In the beginning…The Lost Boys, 5 teenage young men, hailing from Lakeport, California, prepared for their musical career by winning a multitude of competitions, including the Ukiah Idol Competition, Ukiah Band Slam, and N. California’s Rising Stars Competition, all while defending their California Colgate Showdown title, 2 years running. They then embarked on their rock ‘n roll journey, selling out the iconic Konocti Harbor Resort and Spa Theatre, and continued their 50 date inaugural Look Out World…Tour 2009, headlining to capacity crowds, while appearing as Special Guests on National Stages, with the likes of 3 Doors Down, All-American Rejects, Kelly Clarkson, Journey, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Toby Keith and Tim McGraw, to name a few. And now…fast forward…to the present, where The Lost Boys are poised to leap into the national spotlight, hot on the heels of their new release, Look Out World…recorded at the world renowned Prairie Sun Recording Studio. They are young, they are restless, and they are READY to ROCK! They are The Lost Boys…and their FUTURE is NOW!
